Our fees and charges
You can view and download our list of fees and charges for our pitches/holiday rentals on our website. Water and electricity are both included in our rental fees. One vehicle only per holiday rental/pitch. Assembly of special files: 100€. The local tourist tax is €0.60 per adult per night.
Legal pets only. One pet only per holiday rental. A surcharge of €6 per day for your pet. Pets must be accompanied at all times in holiday rentals.
Payment methods accepted: cash, cheque, bank transfer, card, traveller’s cheque, traveller’s cheque connect, bons vacaf (holiday support allowance from the French government). We can’t always guarantee availability for 1-night stays due to bank holidays and seasonal demand. Please contact us : contact@campingmindin.com
Exceptional measures related to Covid-19: For all bookings, and in the event of a lockdown imposed by the French government up to the date of your stay, the Mindin Campsite shall reimburse, free of charge, the total sum of all payments made towards your stay.
Additional information
>> Reservations are strongly recommended in July and August for the campsite and essential for the rentals.

The reservation fee is 25€ in July and August for the camping pitches.
>> The campsite offers you an optional Cancellation and Interruption insurance.
Our partner Gritchen Affinity undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay only to clients who have taken out the Campez Couvert insurance.
In case of cancellation, please inform the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as an event preventing your departure occurs by mail or email.
If the claim is foreseen in the general conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
The cancellation insurance represents a 3% of the stay.
No reimbursement will be made if the stay is shorter than the contracted period.
In case of cancellation, an excess of 15€ will be applied by our partner Gritchen Affinity.
If you do not take out cancellation insurance, these conditions apply, whatever the reason for the cancellation:
-More than 30 days before the beginning of the stay 25% of the amount of the stay must be paid,
-From 30 to 15 days before the start of the stay 50% of the amount of the stay,
-From 15 to 8 days before the start of the stay 75% of the amount of the stay,
-Less than 8 days before the beginning of the stay the totality of the stay remains due.
-The booking fee will be retained by the campsite.
